A logo image is automatically placed into the header via Dotnetnuke's [LOGO] token.  You just specify the logo image in the administration settings for the site's appearance.  The PhotoShop PSD file for the logo used here is included.  It uses the Belwe Vignetten, Beautiful ES, and Verdana fonts.  The fonts can be downloaded on the internet.
