Please note that the two page layouts, Fixed Width and Full Width, each come in 7 colors even though each color has not been represented here.  View the color styles pages to see the color variations used in each of the 7 colors  for each of those two page layout types.  The color style pages are using the Fixed Width layout, the only difference in the Full Width layouts is the addition of a pane along the left side and the pages are set to 95% of the screen width.  The Admin Layout is fixed width and is only available in the brown and turquoise color combination.   Feel free to contact me with any questions.
