 About the Stylized Watercolor Textures Skin for Dotnetnuke

  • A clean, simple layout with watercolor textures, stylized edges, and hints of trendy grunge. Perfect for both personal and professional websites wanting a sophisticated and unique look.   • Installation packages for both DNN4x and DNN5x are included. DNN Nav menu is used in both. The DNN 5x version uses the latest css styling techniques available only in DNN 5x. The menus, however, will appear identical in either version.
  • The skin width defaults to 800px wide for the content areas, but can easily be changed/customized in the skin.css stylesheet. The skin will expand seamlessly and automatically to wrap around content if, for instance, an image or layout causes content to be wider than the default width set in the skin.css file.
  • There are 10 main styles of containers, with each set consisting of subsets formatted specifically for the header area, the main content area, and the footer area:
    • A set of text only containers.
    • Two styles of torn paper edges.
    • Two styles of text only with header background images.
    • Two styles of coffee cup stained backgrounds.
    • And four styles of Photo Frame containers to automatically frame any image you choose to display. One is a photo matte and the other three are beveled and painted wood style frames. All four frame your photos with hints of stylish aging and add a professional appearance and unique appeal to your content. Simply select your image in the icon settings from the module settings page. The Photo Frame containers for the header/blue background area do not have titles or action icons, so you can use them to place just a framed imaged in the header area; the Photo Frame containers for other areas do have a title and action icons like regular containers.
  • Color palette created using algorithms to ensure proper matching within the color spectrum for visual appeal and readability.
  • The blog module is fully styled to match the skin for versions of the DNN core blog module that support CSS styles from the main skin's CSS stylesheet.
  • Includes Photoshop files in a separate download file so you can modify any of the graphics for the skin or containers.
  • Includes custom container Action Icons that can also be further customized if you wish.
